  The receptionist has made my husband, my 20 year old son and myself wait over an hour in the waiting room on more than 2 occasions which really throws our days off schedule. It is the norm not the exception. Also, they sold my husband a $600. mouth guard because they said when he fell a sleep waiting to be seen in the chair that he was grinding. That was scam (pitch) to boost sales. My son grinds. I know what grinding is and what the teeth look like. My husband has never once ground his teeth in the 20 years we've been married and they look great inside his mouth. Scam! We are currently looking for another Dentist. We need to be able to trust our Dentist. This is important, especially in this economy.

  Being new to San Diego is daunting when it comes to finding a new dentist. I have had bad luck finding a good doctor. My first impression of Dr. O was comfort and caring. She took the time to explain everything to me. I had actually received a very scary diagnosis from another practice but Dr. O showed and explained to me why I didn't require such extensive procedures. Dr. O your an angle. Thank you so much !
