- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Every three months when I try to reorder my prescription from Optum Rx I have problems. Each time I have to re-enter several times, my user name and password and all the other details like my phone number, mother's maiden name etc etc. This is the third time that has happened to me and I am going to go to CVS.
